How To Use Call Block
 

Description
Call Block provides phone customers with the ability to prevent future incoming telephone calls from up to 10 specific telephone numbers. Incoming calls from the telephone numbers that you choose to block will be forwarded to a recording that states the you do not wish to receive phone calls made from the calling telephone number. Your telephone will not ring when their number is dialed from one of the blocked telephone numbers.
Please note: If you have the Ultra Feature Package, Call Block is included at no additional charge.

Directions for Activating after an Unwanted Call is Received:
1. Unwanted call is received
2. Hang up
3. Lift receiver and listen for a dial tone
4. Dial *60 (1160 for rotary or pulse-dialing phones)
5. Listen to recording and follow the instructions carefully
 
Directions for Deactivating Call Block:
1. Lift receiver and listen for a dial tone
2. Dial *80 (1180 for rotary or pulse-dialing phones)
3. Listen to the voice recording and follow the instructions carefully
 
Directions For Blocking a Specific Number
1. Pick up the phone and get a dial tone
2. Press *60
3. Enter the number you wish to block, including area code
4. Follow instructions
5. This feature allows up to 10 different numbers to be blocked
