Payment Information regarding Currency Exchange/APS Centers - DC Metro

• According to our agreement with the participating Currency Exchange/APS Centers, customers must bring their payment coupon (or bill) to accompany their bill payments.
• Currency Exchange/APS Centers cannot process payments with only an account number, nor is it acceptable for us to fax a statement to the currency exchange.
• The Currency Exchange/APS Centers are not equipped to accept faxes and this process should never be used in lieu of the customer bringing a payment coupon in with them.
• Payments made at the Currency Exchange/APS Centers are not immediately posted to customer's accounts. It may take up to 3 business days for the payment to reach RCN.
• Customers who are in jeopardy of being disconnect should call RCN with a receipt number after making their payment to insure their account is not disconnected.
• These addresses are not for mailing payments.
• All payments must be made in cash; the Currency Exchange/APS Center may apply a processing fee for payments made.
