How can I take the work out of finding something good to watch on TV?

Let your RCN TiVo box do the work. It’s TiVotechtacular! You can personalize your experience, create your own watch lists, easily search for favorite TV shows, movies and sports events -- then binge watch. Here are a few tips…

• Stop the Scroll - Looking for a specific show on the Guide? Instead of scrolling through all the channels, go right to the search menu.
  • HOW: Select “Guide” on your remote then press “Enter” to bring up the Search feature.
• Out & About - Keep up with all your favorites while you’re out. Say you want to record your favorite sports team or shows that star your favorite actor.
  • HOW: Go to > TiVo Central > Find TV, Movies & RCN VOD > WishList Searches. Create a WishList using “Category”, “Actor” or whatever you like.
• Skip the Hunt - How about finding something you’ve never seen before, without hunting through the listings? Hit the Discovery Bar to find out more.
  • HOW: Go to > TiVo Central:
    • Use the arrow to move into the Discovery Bar at the top. When you highlight something in the bar, you’ll see more details about it.
    • Press and to move around the bar.
    • Press when you see something you like to find out more about it.

  How do I watch Netflix?

  Already have a Netflix subscription?

  • HOW: Go to > TiVo Central > Find TV, Movies & RCN VOD > Netflix. You can also tune directly to channel 450 (750 in Lehigh Valley) and you will automatically be taken to the Netflix home screen.

  New to Netflix? You’ll need to subscribe to use the app on TiVo. The easiest way to do this is by going to www.netflix.com/rcn. You can also subscribe using the Netflix App on your TiVo box. Once you’re a Netflix member, simply use your current Netflix login/password.

  Can I listen to my favorite songs or watch YouTube on my TV?
