The RCN Awesomazing Word Contest (AWC) is open to all legal residents of the U.S., 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this contest. The AWC consists of two (2) phases: Phase 1, RCN Word Creation, and Phase 2, RCN Word Voting.

• To participate in Phase 1, all entrants must submit their own original RCN mashed-up words via a secure form above, starting October 12, 2015, 9am ET thought October 27, 2015, 6pm ET. In addition, all participants are required to provide valid, up-to-date contact information. The submission frequency is limited to one unique word per day. Some restrictions on word composition apply; for a list of restrictions, please review the Official Rules.

• To participate in Phase 2, all entrants must vote for their favorite(s) among the top five (5) RCN Words by posting to the RCN Facebook timeline or Twitter. To qualify, each post or tweet must include the hashtag(s), corresponding to your selected RCN Word(s) and be published, starting November 2, 2015, 9am ET through November 20, 2015, 6 ET. The voting frequency is limited to five (5) total votes per day; entrants can vote for one (1) chosen RCN Word or divide their votes among several or all of the Top RCN Words. All qualified votes must be submitted via one (1) method, either Facebook or Twitter. Each vote must be cast as a separate Facebook post or tweet; multiple hashtags cannot be combined into one post or tweet. Submissions made more than five (5) times a day or made by both channels will be disqualified.

A total of five (5) winners will be selected at the end of Phase 1; a total of twenty (20) winners will be selected at the end of Phase 2. For a full list of prizes and additional details, please review the Official Rules.
