With the Talk 100 Plan, I was charged $0.10 a
minute for local calls after my 100 calls were used. Will I be charged a per minute
rate with the Unlimited Local Plan?
No. There is no per minute rate with the Unlimited Local Calling Plan for direct dialed
calls. You will receive unlimited local calling regardless of how many local phone calls
you make.

Will I incur per minute rates for Directory
Assistance Calls, Operator Service Calls, Regional & Long Distance Calls, etc.?
Yes, unless you select RCN’s unlimited regional plan for a flat monthly fee you will
incur a $.08 per minute charge for all regional calling. All Long Distance, Directory
Assistance and Operator Service calls will remain at your current rates.

What is Three Way calling?
Three Way Calling allows you to set up a conference call between yourself and two other
parties. Three Way Calling also provides the ability to confer with one party while the
other party is holding.

How do I use three way calling?

During a call, quickly press the receiver or flash button once. |

Your first conversation is now on hold. |
| |
Wait for three short tones followed by a dial tone. |

Dial the number of the third person you want to include in your conversation. |
| |
When you hear an answer, press the receiver or flash button once to bring the first person back for the three-way call. |
| |
When the third person does not answer or if the line is busy, press the receiver or flash button twice to stop the ringing or busy signal. You will reconnect to the first person. |

If either person hangs up, you can continue a two-way call. |
| To disconnect the third party: |
| |
Press the switch-hook or flash button once |
| |
You and the original caller will only be connected |
