Congratulations on completing another year at Georgetown. If you have purchased RCN service, please plan to return all equipment before leaving at the end of the semester. Equipment may be returned to any one of the Residential Hall Offices located in Alumni Square, Copley, Darnall, Kennedy, New South, LXR or Village C.
Please call 1-877-532-HOYA (4692) to disconnect your service prior to leaving campus for the year. Please be advised without the return of all equipment and a request for disconnection, we will not be able to discontinue your billing. Also the type of converter you have may result in equipment fees ranging from $80-$575 if not returned.
