• Interactive TV Guide - find all your favorite shows, sporting events, movies, music channels, and local network programming with customized searches by title, actor, category or keyword. The Interactive TV Guide also gives you on-screen descriptions for programs and you can browse ahead to see what’s coming up.
• Parental Controls - You can use Parental Controls to help manage how your children view TV programming. Use a passcode to lock specific program titles, shows with specific ratings or block individual channels.

Internet

Included with your RCN Internet service:

• Speed You Need - RCN has the speed you need, all at an incredible price. Whether you spend hours online or surf occasionally, using one device or ten devices – RCN offers a variety of speeds to best fit your online needs!
• RCN Webmail - a feature rich webmail account with calendar functionality, web applications like Yahoo Maps and Contact Cleaner, and 5 GB of storage.

• Digital Voicemail - you don't need an answering machine! Receive up to 20 messages that are saved for 30 days or until deleted.

RCN’s promotional offer extends defined, set pricing for the period of 12 months after installation on the bundle of services that constitute your service package including digital TV, high-speed Internet and/or phone. Distinct pricing exists for months 1-12. Any additional services, such as equipment, premium channels and other tiers of service are subject to an additional charge and regular increases. Additional fees apply for taxes, surcharges, equipment, activation and installation that are not included as part of the package and are subject to increases. No contract is required to take advantage of the promotional pricing and savings. No early terminations fees apply in the event service is terminated in advance of the 12-month duration. Customer is responsible for any accrued service charges in the event service is canceled.
