Call Forwarding Variable
Directions for Activation:
1. Lift receiver and listen for a dial tone
2. Dial *72 (1172 for rotary or pulse-dialing telephones)
3. Listen for dial tone
4. Dial number where you would like your calls transferred
5. Let the phone ring
6. After the phone is answered, you must keep the connection for at least six seconds
7. If no one answers or the line is busy, hang up
8. Immediately repeat this process from the beginning
9. When you hear two short tones, Call Forwarding is in effect
 
Confirm Call Forward Variable is Active:
1. After turning this feature on, redial the code *72 (1172 for rotary or pulse-dialing telephones)
2. Listen for two short tones which indicates that the feature is active
3. Or, call your number from another telephone line, to confirm calls are being forwarded correctly
 
Directions for Deactivation:
1. Lift receiver and listen for a dial tone
2. Dial *73 (1173 for rotary or pulse-dialing telephones)
3. Listen for two short tones and a recording that indicates this feature has been deactivated

Select Forward
To Add Numbers to Your List:
1. Dial *63 (1163 for rotary or pulse-dialing telephones)
2. An announcement will inform you that your Select Forward service is either "ON" or "OFF"
3. A recording will ask you to enter the number to which your calls will be forwarded
4. Listen for confirmation announcement and follow instructions carefully
 
To Add the Last Incoming Telephone Number to Your List:
1. Hang up after receiving the call
2. Before receiving another call, pick up the receiver and dial *63 (1163 for rotary or pulse-dialing telephones)
3. A recording will ask you to enter the number to which your calls will be forwarded
4. Listen for confirmation announcement and follow instructions carefully
 
To Cancel Select Forward:
1. Lift receiver and listen for a dial tone
2. Dial *83 (1183 for rotary or pulse-dialing telephones)
3. A recording will ask you to enter the number to which your calls will be forwarded

Ultra Call Forward
Procedure for Activation:
1. Dial 1.877.ULTRA.CF (1.877.858.7223)
2. When you hear the dial tone, dial one of the following PIN numbers:
ULTRA01 (858-7201) Chicago
ULTRAMA (858.7262) Massachusetts
ULTRANY (858.7269) Manhattan, NY
ULTRAPA (858.7272) Allentown, PA & Leigh Valley
ULTRASP (858.7277) Maryland, DC, and Virginia customers
ULTRAPH (858.7274) Philadelphia
ULTRAQN (858.7276) Queens
ULTSENY (858.7369) Southeast, NY
3. Listen to the recording and follow the instructions carefully
4. When prompted for a "feature code", please dial *72 followed by the pound sign.
5. Continue follwing the recording instructions.
 
Procedure for Deactivation:
1. Dial 1.877.ULTRA.CF (1.877.858.7223)
2. When you hear the dial tone, dial one of the following PIN numbers:
ULTRA01 (858-7201) Chicago
ULTRAMA (858.7262) Massachusetts
ULTRANY (858.7269) Manhattan, NY
ULTRAPA (858.7272) Allentown, PA & Leigh Valley
ULTRASP (858.7277) MD, DC, and VA customers
ULTRAPH (858.7274) Philadelphia
ULTRAQN (858.7276) Queens
ULTSENY (858.7369) Southeast, NY
3. After the voice prompt and tone, dial 1 plus your ten-digit home or office telephone number that you would like to have forwarded, followed by the pound sign.
4. After the voice prompt, enter your personal identification number followed by the pound sign.
5. After the voice prompt, dial *73 followed by the pound sign to activate the Call Forward Variable feature.
6. Dial 1 followed by the pound sign to confirm your feature selection.
7. You will hear: Your calls will no longer be forwarded. You may hang-up, or dial another feature code now.
