Some features are available on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can pay for Repeat Call, Call Return, Call Block, Caller ID Blocking, Call Trace and Three-Way Calling only when you choose to use them.

Call Trace
Call Trace is used to trace your last incoming call for identification of the person causing harassment. By activating Call Trace, RCN will attempt to record your last incoming call. After activating this feature the customer should contact their local law enforcement to report the harassing, life threatening or terroristic call. This information will not be provided to the customer, but will be released to authorities upon proper request.

Per Use Call Block
Is there someone you don't want to talk to? Prevent future calls; build a directory (up to ten numbers) of those numbers that you do not wish to receive incoming calls from. This feature can be purchased on a monthly basis or on a per use basis.

If purchased on a per use basis, a small fee will be charged once every 24 hours while the Call Block feature is activated. To deactivate Call Block on a per use basis, remove all telephone numbers stored in the directory list.

Per Use Caller ID Blocking
Want to prevent people from seeing your name and number on their caller ID display unit? With Per Use Caller ID Blocking, each call that you make from your home phone will display "Private" or "Anonymous" on the called party's display unit, instead of your name and number.
