Setting up your RCN Voice Mail Service
The first time you access your voice mailbox, a user-tutorial
will help you:
Change your passcode
Record a greeting
Record a name

To begin, access your voice mailbox from any phone. Your voice mailbox number is your ten-digit telephone number. Your voice mailbox passcode (until you elect to change it) is preset to the last four digits of your telephone number. After you enter your voice mailbox number, you should press the * key. Not pressing the * key will take you to leaving a message. (If you have a family mailbox, your main mailbox and all sub mailbox passcodes are also preset to the last four digits of your home telephone number.)
