Call Waiting
 
Directions to Cancel Call Waiting:
1. Lift receiver and listen for a dial tone
2. Dial *70 (1170 for rotary and pulse-dialing phones)
3. Listen for dial tone, then dial the number you wish to call
4. Cancel Call Waiting is now effective for the current call only. Call Waiting will automatically reactivate once the end user hangs up.

Three-Way Calling
 
To add a third person to your conversation:
1. Press your switch-hook or flash button
2. Your first conversation is now on hold
3. Listen for three quick beeps filed by a dial tone
4. Dial the number of the person you want to include in your conversation
5. Press your switch-hook or flash button again
6. All three parties will now be connected
7. If the number you have dialed is busy or there is no answer, press your switch-hook or flash button twice to return to your original conversation
 
To disconnect the third party:
1. Press the switch-hook or flash button twice
2. You and the original caller will only be connected
