Update Your RCN Account Information
If you find yourself in need of making changes to your RCN account
information, you’ve come to the right place. Whether you need to change your name on
the account as a result of a change in your marital status, or you need to transfer
ownership of RCN equipment to a roommate or spouse, you can use the following form to
make the change. Please note: Not all contracts are transferable.*

fax it to the information that is shown on the document.
