My remote control is not responding to any commands.
The most common reason for TV, VCR, Converter Box, DVR and DVD remotes not functioning properly is because of bad batteries and/or battery placement. If your remote is not working, verify that the batteries are placed in the remote correctly and/or try replacing the batteries.
Keep in mind that remote control problems can generally be corrected independently by consulting your user manual, and a service call is not always necessary.
