Where We Are

In New York City, RCN’s network extends to the Upper West, Upper East, Lower West and Lower East sides of Manhattan and most of Queens including Long Island City (LIC), Astoria, Elmhurst, East Elmhurst, Flushing, Middle Village, Sunnyside, Woodside, Fresh Meadows, Forest Hills, Corona, Jackson Heights, Rego Park, Richmond Hills, Far Rockaway and Kew Gardens. Service is also available in select neighborhoods in Brooklyn (Trump Village) and the Bronx.

Offices & Payment Centers

All payments accepted. Remote, Converter box, and Modem exchanges permitted. Please be sure to view our Equipment Return Policy before visiting any of our facilities.

Community Connections

RCN connects to more than homes and offices. In many ways, RCN connects to local communities. RCN New York City sponsors Summer Streets, a three-day event in which the streets of New York are opened up for walking, biking and other kinds of earth-friendly recreation.

RCN also sponsors the Manhattan Island Foundation’s New York City Swim Series, a 10-event tradition drawing swimmers from around the world. The series helps promote efforts to keep New York’s waterways clean.

Speaking of athletics, RCN is a proud sponsor of the Brooklyn Cyclones, the Class A minor league affiliate of the New York Mets.
