Where We Are

In Chicago, our network extends to Northeast communities including East Rogers Park, Edgewater, Andersonville, Wrigleyville, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, River North and Gold Coast. We also serve Skokie and parts of Lincolnwood.

Offices & Payment Centers

Payments accepted: Cash, Check, Money Order, and Credit Card (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex). Returns of all RCN equipment are accepted. Swaps accepted: remote controls, cable boxes, and standard modems. Swaps of all Voice capable Cable Modems require a technician visit. Please be sure to view our Equipment Return Policy before visiting any of our facilities.

Community Connections

We connect to more than homes and offices. In many ways, we connect to local communities. Besides supporting the United Way and its many local services, RCN Chicago also sponsors the Windy City Rubber Ducky Derby, a unique river race — involving, you guessed it, rubber duckies — that raises money and awareness for the Illinois Special Olympics.

Teaming with Baseball Hall of Famer and RCN spokesperson Ryne Sandberg, RCN supports his Ryno Kid Care program, providing services for children with serious medical conditions, plus support and understanding for their hard-pressed families.

Moreover, RCN provides free advertising for Chicago Cares. This community volunteer program tutors children, assists seniors, cleans up neighborhoods and much more.
