The following RCN offices accept payments and remote control, converter box and modem exchanges, but not swaps. Please be sure to view our Equipment Return Policy before visiting any of our facilities.

Community Connections


We connect to more than homes and offices. In many ways, we connect to local communities. In addition to hosting community-level hitting clinics with their spokesperson, legendary baseball great, Jim Rice from the Boston Red Sox, RCN Boston also has a Free Ice Cream Truck that visits neighborhoods in the summertime.
